But im over weight and not good looking How do i get girls?
I can answer this question. My qualifications are that I have been in the game a little over two years, I'm 6'3" and I weigh 320lbs. My body composition is such that although I have a powerful frame I also have a gut and not much in the way of definition anywhere. You would never know how much muscle I have on me I look very over weight.
You also need to understand that I'm not in the game to pull a different woman every night. I'm after a high value woman for a LTR so my experiences are centered around that for the most part.
I find that in a bar or club scene the effect of being over weight is as follows. You will not get opened as much, you will not very often get girls giving you the eye from across a room. When a girl has no other factors to go on then your weight it is a huge DLV and you wont attract them based off your looks. There are a few things you can do to mitigate this. As has been mentioned you need to dress well and in a stylish manor. You do not want to ware form fitting clothing. I usually go with a cool button up shirt. To avoid the friend zone you need to show that you are an attractive sexual person. You do this by acting like it. Remember: "The best way to make yourself attractive to women is to remember that you already are." This statement is true and understanding it is critical. Consider men who are thought of as attractive and sexual. Act like they do and you will be accepted by women as attractive and sexual.
I adopted the James Bond or Italian lover attitude. With out going over board and becoming creepy you need to have smooth charm and Savoir faire. Give off the vibe that women are no mystery to you because you are a strong experienced lover of women.
Tease women, use nick names, Girly, princess, and Chika or if I'm feeling like being a little condescending Barbie, are some of my favorite ones. Show them that you are higher value then them and that they must prove themselves to you.

In short most of the game isn't effected by your weight. The only real issue is there first impression of you. But using game its easy to overcome that impression and begin to show that you are an interesting sexual guy.
